Day 1: Airport/Casablanca/Rabat
Based your arrival time in Casablanca Airport. Pick up and drive to
start your day with a visit to Hassan ll Mosque, considered to be the
largest in the world outside of Mecca. You will have an optional lunch
at El-Corniche. You will move to Rabat in the afternoon, the capital of
Morocco. Then you will visit Chellah ancient ruin, El-Hassan Tower and
picturesque Oudayas Kasbah. And you will have a visit to Mohamed V tomb;
who refused to allow Vichy’s government occupying during the WW ll. You
will have your dinner at your hotel. Overnight in Rabat.
Day 2: Rabat / Moulay Idris / Volubilis / Meknes / Fes
After having your breakfast at the hotel; you will begin your day by
driving to Moulay Idris, Moulay Idris which designed of the country’s
first dynasty of Arab. Then you will move on to the Roman Volubilis.
Afterwards you will go to Meknes and visit Bab Mansour which is
decorated in green and white ceramic tiles. Continue to Fez with a visit
to the synagogues which goes back to the 17th century. You will have
the chance to see the ancient Jewish cemetery near the gates of the
Royal Palace and the house where Maimonides once lived. You will have
your dinner at your hotel. Overnight in Fes.
Day 3: Fes
Begin your day tour in the holy city of Fes is a precious diamond of
Spanish-Arabic civilization. It is a city of secrets and it to find out
its mysterious beauty; you will see the architecture of Medrsa and
Medina. Also you will visit Moulay Idriss city the first sanctuary of
human and moral sciences. You will also have the opportunity to see À
Karaouiyne University, move to Atlas Mountains. As you will be able
visit The Andalusia Mosque which is dating from the 9th century, an
imposing minaret decorated with green faiences crowns the Rsif Mosque.
And the Medersas around the Karaouiyne Mosque, former lodging houses for
students coming from outside the city, attests the importance of its
thousand years of history. As the famed Kissaria which is the commercial
center. A multitude of locally produced goods are on sale in this
incredible maze-cotton fabric, silk, brocade work, slippers, and many
more. Proceed your visit to El-Attarine Souks where the craftsmen offers
the visitor a non-stop spectacles. Leaving El-Souk through the gate
with its green decoration and blue faiences, moving towards the amazing
Moroccan Museum with its marvelous contains of Art; then optional lunch
at El-Medina and shopping in the afternoon. Overnight in Fes.
Day 4: Fes /Ifrane / Azrou/ Midel Atlas /Midelt / Errachidia/ Rissani/ Merzouga:
breakfast you will travel to Ifrane, the Swiss mountain village, and
the cedar forests of Azrou where you will have the opportunity to wander
amongst the famous Moroccan monkeys in their natural environment. You
then pass through the Middle Atlas Mountains and the only tunnel in
Morocco, and through the Valley of Ziz with miles of palm trees and high
cliffs. Your excursion will take you deeper south to the Sahara Desert
where you will spend the evening.
Day 5: Erg Chebbi – Rissani- Camel Trip
Here in the Erg Chebbi
sand dunes, the largest in Morocco, enjoy the panoramic scene of black
volcanic rock on the plains, the bright blue sky, the green palm trees,
white salt beds, mirages of water, and golden shifting dunes. Visit
Rissani for the weekly markets where Nomads come to sell. Pass the lake
in Merzouga to see the flamingos. Have lunch with our Berber family and
friends before beginning your camel trek into the beautiful Erg Chebbi
dunes. You will spend the evening in a bivouac (camp), enjoy a Moroccan
dinner, and sleep in a traditional Bivouac Camp Nomad camel hair tent.
Day 6: Erg Chebbi / Rissani / Todra Gorges / Dades Valley
to a spectacular sunrise in the desert and enjoy breakfast. Bivouac
trekkers will return by camel, and then travel to Tinerhir for lunch and
to visit the dramatic Todra Gorges. Next you will continue through the
Dades Valley to the spectacular “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs” and on
to the former French Foreign Legion outpost of Ouarzazate where you will
spend the evening.
Day 7: Dades Valley / Rose Valley / Oasis Skoura / Ouarzazat / Ait Ben Hadou / Hight Atlas Mountain/ Marrakech
Enjoy breakfast and continue the journey to visit the UNESCO World
Heritage Site of Aït Benhaddou that is situated on a hill along the
Ouarzazate River. This beautiful example of southern Moroccan
architecture has been used as a backdrop for over 20 films including
Lawrence of Arabia, Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, and Gladiator. You
will then continue to Marrakesh over the Tizi N’ Tichka Pass while
enjoying superb views of the High Atlas Mountains and of the Berber
villages. Night in Marrakech.
Day 8: Full Day Marrakech
After having your breakfast at your
hotel, you will begin your day to discover Marrakech and your first
visit of the day will be The Koutoubia Minaret (The twin tower of la
Giralda in sevilla, Spain), the Saadian tombs. The tombs consisting of
splendid mausoleums built in the sixteenth century. Then Medersas Ben
Youssef (Coranic University), domed Koubba and Dar Si El-Said Museum.
Then a visit to the Mellah (Jewish Quarter) andJewish Cemetery, as a
visit to the Major Elle Gardens of Yves St. Laurent. You will have Salad
lunch in El-Medina. After having your lunch; return to El-Fna Square in
the early evening, where it come alive with story tellers. Your dinner
will be served at your hotel.
Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 9:Marrakesh to Essaouira
Breakfast and drive to the
charming seaside haven of Essaouira to explore the port and to enjoy a
seafood lunch. night in Essaouira.
Essaouira Today can be devoted to bathing and relaxing on the
beach of this coastal city. On the fortifications of the old town you'll
be able to trace Portuguese, French and Berber architecture. Its
whitewashed houses, cool breezes, relaxed atmosphere along with its
friendly cafes, numerous craftsmen and the delicious fresh fish make
this a charming place to stay another night.
Day 11: Essaouira to Casablanca
Travel along the coast to
Casablanca, founded in 1912 and Morocco’s principal commercial town, to
view the Hassan II Mosque, the world’s largest mosque. Spend the night
